Six Scopus Papers: Indian Electoral Geography
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I plan to publish six peer-reviewed scopus indexed articles and research papers on how India’s diverse geography shapes election outcomes, any theme of regional development in India and geo-politics at India or world level, River disputes in India.
I will be listed as first author on every manuscript. Your role is to take each idea from research design through to a polished, submission-ready paper that meets the standards of Scopus-indexed journals in Political Geography.
Scope of Work
• Develop six original studies centred on the impact of geography on election results across India’s states, districts or constituencies.
• Handle literature review, data gathering (e.g., Census, ECI data, GIS layers), statistical or spatial analysis, and visualisations.
• Draft, revise and reference each manuscript in the journal’s required style (APA/Chicago, as appropriate).
• Select suitable Scopus-indexed journals, adapt the formatting, and prepare cover letters.
• Incorporate my feedback promptly so I can contribute meaningfully and remain first author.
Deliverables
1. Six complete manuscripts (7,000–9,000 words each) ready for submission.
2. All cleaned datasets, code, maps and figures used in the studies.
3. Journal shortlists with submission guidelines for each paper.
4. A brief hand-over note outlining next steps after acceptance or requested revisions.
Acceptance Criteria
• Originality verified through plagiarism checks (<10 %).
• Methodologies transparent and reproducible (share R / Python scripts or ArcGIS project files).
• Manuscripts formatted to the target journal’s template and citation style.
• Clear first-author attribution to me on every submission.
