STATA Data Cleaning & Merging for Trend Analysis
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for an expert in STATA to assist with data cleaning and merging for trend analysis using annual microdata from the PLFS over the past five years. The goal is to prepare a comprehensive dataset that is free of duplicates and missing values.
Key Tasks:
- Identify common identifiers across the datasets, primarily focusing on household and individual IDs.
- Control for duplicates and missing values.
- Merge the datasets and append data from all five years.
While I am unsure of how to best handle duplicates, I am open to suggestions. The ideal candidate for this project should have significant experience with STATA and data cleaning, as well as a strong background in handling microdata for trend analysis.
