Regression Analysis

Produce a best regression model (equation) that describes the predictors or correlates of job satisfaction to help managers understand what influences it. You should use a systematic regression equation building process. You should clearly show and describe the logic, steps, and criteria by which you arrived at your final recommended regression model (equation). You should present your model(s) in a formal regression coefficients table. You should provide a managerial interpretation for the use of your final model.
