Quantile Regression Analysis Interpretation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am in the process of conducting academic research and have come across a difficulty related to the interpretation of Quantile Regression Modelling results. There are two types of results obtained:
- The first is based on Conditional Quantile Regression Modelling and Melly's modification of Machado-Mata decomposition to analyze the Gender Wage Gap in the following three categories:
Regular/Salaried vs. Casual Employment; Rural vs. Urban sector employees; Public vs. Private Enterprise Workers.
- The second is based on the Unconditional Quantile Regression Modelling using Recentered Influence Function (RIF) and Oaxaca-Blinder Decomposition using RIF to analyze the gender wage gap in Regular/Salaried vs. Casual Employment.
The results (tables and graphs) are obtained using STATA software; and only the interpretation needs to be done in a scientific/statistical format.
The freelancer I am seeking should have:
- Extensive experience in statistical analysis and interpretation, specifically with Quantile Regression Modelling
- A track-record in applying statistical findings to academic research
- The ability to communicate complex statistical concepts in a clear, accessible manner
The selected freelancer will help me acquire a comprehensive understanding of the included variables' impact on the model's results. The budget and timeline can be discussed further.
