Qualitative Analysis of Interview Data

I am seeking an experienced data analyst to delve into the core of my project, analysing interview data to extract meaningful insights. The successful candidate will ideally:
- Have experience with interpreting patterns, trends, and themes from large qualitative datasets.
- Be adept at using NVivo software for qualitative data analysis. The project will rely heavily on this software, so proven ability to operate it is a must.
- Use the findings to provide actionable recommendations which will guide further project actions.
