Public Health Data Analyst

I am looking for a Public Health Data Analyst to evaluate our health programs using demographic data. The analysis will have a regional focus and the primary objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in public health data analysis and be proficient in statistical software such as SAS or R. Additionally, they should be able to effectively communicate findings to our team and make recommendations for future improvements.
