Process improvement of an IT process
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am seeking an expert in Six Sigma methodologies to assist with process improvement in the Software service industry. The primary focus will be to apply on the "DMAIC" phase of the Six Sigma process to improve the existing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Six Sigma techniques to enhance a specific service process.
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data related to the process.
- Implement data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Basic knowledge of software technical skills required.
- Create a flow chart using Visio
Ideal Candidates Should Have:
- Proven experience in process improvement, specifically using Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a history of interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Background in the service industry is preferred.
- Six Sigma certification is mandatory.
- Power BI is a plus.
- Should provide clear distinction on each Phase of DMAIC
-> Should be provided in power point presentation.
-> Should support post project for minor corrections.
Timeframe - 3-4 days max.
