Predictive analytics model for a C#, MariaDB project

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a predictive analytics model for my C# and MariaDB project. The main goal of the model is to predict sales trends based on historical sales data, social media data and customer demographics. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine learning and data analysis. Key requirements for the project include:
- Developing a predictive analytics model using historical sales data
- Implementing machine learning techniques for data analysis
- Working with C# and MariaDB technologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- I want the data to either be saved in a MariaDB table or to have a REST services which I can consume in an Angular application
