Predictive Analysis for Sales Forecasting

I am looking for a proficient Business Intelligence Analyst who can help me conduct predictive analysis to improve my business's sales forecasting.
As part of your role, you will be anticipated to accomplish the following:
- Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume data from various sources, which in this case is Excel spreadsheets, turning it into actionable insights.
- Conceptualize and run predictive data models that directly influence the business's bottom line by boosting the accuracy of our sales forecasting.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Scientist, particularly working with Excel data.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of predictive analysis and data modeling.
- A record of using data to make significant business decisions, especially concerning sales forecasting.
