ML: Predict stock and prices based on product's historical data

I am looking for a machine learning expert to develop a regression model that can predict stock and prices based on limited historical data. The accuracy of the predictions is critical and needs to be high.

We have the historical data of the past year which indicates the price and stock status at the time, for three times a day for the past year.
