Power BI for Business Intelligence Analytics

I'm looking for a skilled Power BI freelancer to help me finish the last two projects of my Udacity "Business Intelligence Analytics" course. These projects require connecting to various data sources, cleaning and organizing data in Power Query, building a data model with relationships in Power BI, performing data analysis using DAX and visualizations, and summarizing findings. Details for each project are outlined below.

Project 1: This project requires the following steps:

Download and gather connection information for provided data files (local and cloud).
Connect to various data sources (provided and potentially additional).
Clean and organize data using Power Query.
Load data into Power BI and set up table relationships.
Analyze data using DAX and create relevant visualizations.
Summarize the analysis findings in a dedicated Summary tab.
Project 2 Tasks:

Project 2: For this project, I need an analytics consultant to review the performance of commercial flights departing from New York State in 2021. The tasks include:

Understanding and summarizing the current conditions of these flights.
Providing recommendations to improve passenger satisfaction at New York airports.
Identifying when departure delays occur to help define new operational policies.
Analyzing a Machine Learning model's predictions for flight delays from New York City during the week of January 6th, 2022 (significant event in Florida).
Explaining the decision-making process to minimize the risk of taking a delayed flight.
Recommending specific flights with the lowest probability of delay based on the provided data, which includes:
Data for all commercial flights departing from New York State in 2021 (including departure hour and passenger satisfaction).
Key features of airports and airlines operating in New York State.
