Mentors and mentees
from the previous three mentorship program cycles were invited to complete an
electronic survey. Respondents were asked to complete 26 items related to program
participation, mentor/ mentee effectiveness, program satisfaction, perceptions of
mentorship program outcomes, and benefits and challenges of the mentorship program.
Responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and reflexive thematic analysis
was performed for survey comments.
