Patient Records Statistical Summary
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I will share an Excel workbook containing anonymised patient records. The job is to turn those raw rows into a clear statistical overview. Specifically, I need a concise statistical summary focused on two key metric groups:
• Mean and median values for every relevant numeric field (age, length-of-stay, lab results, etc.).
• Frequency distributions for the categorical columns (diagnosis codes, treatment types, discharge status, and similar).
Please keep all work inside the same workbook—add neatly labeled worksheets or pivot tables rather than external reports. Charts that visually reinforce the findings are welcome as long as they stay lightweight and printable.
Acceptance criteria
– Formulas and pivot tables must remain live and transparent (no hard-coded numbers).
– Summary sheet clearly lists each metric with headings that match the source column names.
– Workbook opens without errors in current Microsoft Excel for Windows and macOS.
Once the file passes a quick spot-check against my own manual calculations, the project is complete.
