Parametric cost estimation of 2 stage suborbital Launch Vehicle

I have been tasked with conducting a parametric cost estimation of a two stage suborbital launch vehicle. First, I will need to gather pre-flight historical data in order to conduct the cost analysis. The aim of the cost estimation is to pre-flight cost analysis, so I need to consider any costs associated with the preparational stages. It is required that the resulting estimation be approximate, so I will be focusing on establishing a range of estimated costs rather than a hard cost figure. To accomplish this, I will be conducting a comparative study and compiling raw materials composition data among other tasks. I look forward to taking on this challenge and performing the parametric cost estimation to the highest standard.
