Need R-Guided Numeric Data Analysis

I am in need of a statistical analyst proficient in using R Studio for numeric data manipulation. My project involves:

- Data Visualization: Transforming the numeric data into a visual format that can effectively communicate the underlying trends and patterns. A skillful understanding of creating interactive plots and dashboards would be a bonus.
- Statistical Analysis: Applying appropriate statistical methods to the numeric data to draw conclusions and support decision making. Experience with regression analysis is preferable.

This project calls for an expert with a good understanding of R Studio, data visualization and statistical analysis. Experience working with numeric data is vital.
