Multivariate Data analysis

I need help conducting multivariate data analysis, I have a spreadsheet looking at the assemblages of cereals, alongside shop variables that I want to look at, I also want to look at whether principle components derived from habitat variables will be able to predict cereal assemblage richness and/or abundance at each shop
