Additionally, the person should possess expert knowledge and a detailed understanding of statistical software and data analysis programs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently will be important for this project as well.
The successful freelancer is expected to provide timely, accurate, and reliable work. This project will require substantial time and effort and the freelancer should be available to complete the entire research on a timely basis. Payment will be determined after a review of the project.
