Mathematician / Statistician Needed for Probability Formulas and Modeling for Markov Chain Simulations

I am looking for a statistician with expertise in developing probability formulas for Markov Chain simulation models. See research paper in URL below.

I have created a similar, but more detailed process flow outlined in figures 1,2 and 3. I am looking for someone who can adjust and extend these skill models and probability formulas outlined in the document to address my complete process.
