I'm seeking a proficient Machine Learning Engineer/Data Scientist to help establish a startup-investor matching and fundraising prediction model based on historical investment data.
Model Requirements:
- Investor Matching Model (Classification/Ranking): The model should predict which investors are most likely to invest in a given startup. It should leverage historical investment data, investor preferences, and various startup attributes.
- Fundraising Prediction Model (Regression): This part of the model will estimate the amount a startup can raise based on its financials, current market conditions, and previous funding rounds.
Data Available for Training:
- Historical investment data
- Investor preferences
- Startup attributes
Primary Goal:
- The main objective of this model is to achieve accurate investor matching and a reliable fundraising prediction, with both outcomes being equally important.
Key Attributes for the Model:
- For startups: financial performance, industry sector, and geographic location are the most significant attributes.
- For investors: the same three attributes will play a critical role.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
- Proven track record in building classification and regression models.
