Logistic Regression Model

I am looking for a Freelancer to develop logistic regression models in R.
The purpose of the model is to predict the probability of certain outcomes, dependent variable, based on certain independent variables.

Data:
- I will provide existing data for the model, it is in Excel.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in R.
- Strong understanding of logistic regression and its applications in healthcare/diagnosis.
- Experience in handling and manipulating dataset in Excel.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and probability estimation.
- Knowledge of how to Train and Test dataset.
- Knowledge of how to provide handoff documentation so I can understand the model, the code, and how to tweak the models for future models.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in statistical analysis and be able to effectively use R for building and evaluating logistic regression models.
