Linear Regression, Predictive Modeling Based on Data Set

Looking for a freelancer who can take a data set like the one attached along with 10-15 other similar data sets (same type of data, just different days) and make a predictive model based on the entire data set to predict one of the variables. Solution will be some form of regression model with coefficients I can plug in to new data sets.
