Hydrology Assesment

I am looking for an experienced hydrologist to conduct a preliminary hydrology assessment solution for a site measuring more than 10 acres. The purpose of the assessment is to accurately determine the risk of flooding and provide detailed and summary reports with key findings. The successful candidate will have an expert understanding of tidal and groundwater hydrology, complex data analysis and GIS mapping, as well as a proven background in developing innovative hydrologic solutions. The deliverables for this project should include a detailed report of all analyses conducted, as well as a summary report highlighting the core findings. I am looking for someone who is communicative, organized, and can provide high quality work with attention to detail.
