Guidance on Time series forecasting | Econometrics, VAR & ARIMA

I need someone knowledgeable about time series forecasting, specifically VAR & ARIMA models, econometric and statistical theory, and related subjects.

I have several questions that I would like to discuss in depth, and therefore the candidate must have both working knowledge with such models, but also deep theoretical understanding in the field.
