I need help completing Assignment 3 for a graduate-level program evaluation course.

This assignment is NOT a new project. It must be built directly on Assignment 2, which I will provide, along with instructor feedback and Assignment 3 instructions.

IMPORTANT:
Do NOT redesign or modify the project. You must follow exactly what is already established in Assignment 2, including:
- outcome objectives
- measurement tools (e.g., HoNOS, GAS)
- evaluation design

The project includes three main outcome objectives:
1. Mental health symptom reduction (HoNOS) – Single System Design
2. Goal attainment (GAS) – Single System Design
3. Reduction in psychiatric readmissions – Group comparison design

Your task is to complete Assignment 3 by:

1. Creating realistic hypothetical data that matches each measurement tool
2. Using the correct design:
- Repeated measures for Single System Designs (NOT just pre/post)
- Comparison between groups for Objective 3
3. Providing:
- Data tables
- Graphs for repeated measures
- Appropriate statistical analysis
4. Writing the required sections:
- Program hypothesis
- Rationale
- Sample description
- Statistical procedures
- Findings
- Interpretation

Critical requirements:
- Do NOT change the objectives or measures
- Do NOT create random or unrealistic data
- Do NOT invent scoring systems or interpretation thresholds (especially for HoNOS)
- Follow instructor feedback carefully and address all noted issues
