Forecasting Roadside Assistance Demand with high accuracy

I'm looking for a data scientist that can make a high-accuracy forecasting model using any existing technology (traditional statistics or machine-learning). Also, to investigate how related variables (such as weather conditions) can influence demand.I can provide historical data for hourly demand for the last 3 years and also for weather conditions in excel. The forecast into the future should be at least 1 month and in hourly periods. I would also like to have a step-by-step guide for updating/retraining the model as time goes on or for inserting new variables that I come across. I'm not a programmer and have average skill with SQL. More info would be provided by private chat.
