Flight Price Prediction Model Development
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I'm looking for an expert in machine learning to build a robust flight price prediction model. This model should be able to predict flight prices based on various parameters like day, time, source & destination within India.
Key Requirements:
- The model should output a price percentage uplift (or no changes) for every airline, along with the confidence intervals.
- Ensure an highest accuracy for prediction
- You'll need to identify and input the necessary features to achieve the highest level of data labelling.
- Additional features that could enhance prediction accuracy include: seasonal trends, historical flight delays, economic indicators, fuel prices, day-time, source, destination, carrier, peak/off-peak, and seasons.
Ideal Skills:
- Showcase relevant work in the past
- Proficiency in machine learning with a preference for the best suited model (be it regression model, time-series, neural network or decision tree).
- Experience with data preprocessing steps like handling missing values, normalization, and feature encoding.
- Strong analytical skills to identify necessary features and improve prediction accuracy.
- Ability to work with labelled data and generate insightful outputs.
