one month, you can't really do diagnostics outside of simple descriptive stuff. this will be more insightful. for example: how important are "attention" flags in customer retention. do they lead to conversion failure? which case they are extremely important to fix immediately. just a knee jerk idea there but there'll be plenty of good stuff. conversion rates by industry and service rep. I can maybe build a couple descriptive regressions too. if time, text mining on individual accounts to find patterns
