Excel and Simulation Wizard Needed

I am in need of an expert in Excel and Simulation to perform several key tasks for my project. This includes data analysis, modeling and forecasting, optimization, simulation, and data visualization. The perfect freelancer for this job should possess top-tier skills in these areas and should be able to demonstrate a strong track record of similar past projects.
Deliverables:
• Thorough Data Analysis: Your job will be to comb through the data with an eagle eye, ensuring no stone is left unturned in the quest for actionable insights;
• Modeling & Forecasting: I need assistance to create reliable models and forecasting to guide my business decisions;
• Optimization: Streamlining processes is key. Your expertise will be required to tweak different components to achieve optimal results;
• Simulation: Develop simulations that mirror real scenarios, to help us make accurate predictions and improve efficiency;
• Data Visualization: The results of the analysis and simulation are expected to be presented in easy-to-understand tables and charts, as well as graphs and visualizations.
:MAIN TASK OF PROJECT:
I want to develop a Pipeline scheduler to optimize the performance of pipeline and operations of pumps to meet requirement of every receipt station. I have 1 source station with daily some available product to distribute and there are 4 receiving station with 4 pumps at source location, and 2 intermediate locations with 3 pumps each. So I want to create a simulation tool in which my input would be the product available at source and the daily requirement of each 4 receipt station so that the simulation tool will give an output showing the combination in which pumps available should run at different location on hourly basis to meet requirement in an optimized way. It is not necessary to meet entire requirement a day but an optimized operation is required.
In addition to this, I have data of one year with me which shows me day wise amount of product available at source station and requirement of each 4 station and amount of product supplied to that location against that specified requirement.
