Excel Frequency Distribution Tables

I have a mixed dataset—several thousand rows of numbers alongside categorical labels—and I want to see a clear, refresh-able frequency distribution for every field. The goal is simple: let me paste fresh data into one sheet and have another sheet instantly show tidy tables that summarize it all.
For the numeric columns, please set up sensible class intervals, calculate frequencies, cumulative counts, relative percentages and any other metrics you feel add insight. For the categorical columns, I just need straightforward counts and percentages of each unique value. All of this must run purely on Excel formulas or dynamic tools such as Pivot Tables, Power Query or dynamic arrays—whatever delivers lightning-fast refresh without manual steps, I will leave the choice to you.
The deliverable is a single, well-organized workbook:
