Excel Data Analysis and Visualization

Job ID: 39224229

Budget: $10 – $30 AUD

I'm seeking a freelancer who can assist me in analyzing some research data I've compiled in an Excel spreadsheet. The primary goal of this analysis is to compare groups. The successful candidate will also be required to replicate a data analysis table and methods that I will provide.

Key tasks include:
- Applying statistical tests such as the Wilcoxon rank sum test and Fisher exact test
- Utilizing both univariate and multivariate logistic regression models

The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong expertise in Excel and statistical analysis
- Experience with the specified statistical tests and models
- Ability to create tables similar to those in my reference document

Instructions:
I need a statistical analysis performed on an updated dataset with results presented in the same format as previous work, which was done using R software. The data has changed slightly, and I require the tests to be re-run for two outcome variables: Outcome 1 (Pure Bulge) and Outcome 2 (Abdominal Complications). The first part of the analysis involves performing the Wilcoxon Test and Fisher's Exact Test separately for each outcome to compare the groups. For the second part, I need both univariate logistic regression models and multivariate logistic regression models run for each outcome. The data for these tests can be found in two sheets in the Excel file: one called "Wilcoxon and Fisher" for the statistical tests, and the other called "Log. Regression" for the regression models. The results should be presented in tables following the same format as the previous report, which I will provide as a reference Word document. Please ensure that the test statistics, p-values, and regression summaries are clearly displayed in the same style and structure as the prior analysis. You can also use the tables in the word document and just change the numbers if that's possible. The analysis should be conducted using R or a similar statistical software, but please clarify in advance if you're using a different software. If anything in the data or the reference document is unclear, feel free to reach out for clarification before proceeding. Thanks
