Evaluation Matrix / Score Card
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Please note the following about this project:
First Part:
- I have scores for 116 line items (showing criticality).
- I have a response sheet with specific questions that need to be answered for each one of the 114 line item (separate sheet).
Requirement:
- I want to give each score from 1 to 5 a weight.
- I want to give a specific weight to the response type.
- I want to then create an evaluation matrix to compare the response against the weight of its criticality and reach one final score rate.
Second Part:
- I have another set of ratings which I want to combine to the set of responses above to reach a final combined score. Note: this set of ratings already has a final score rate.
I have a sample evaluation matrix which may be helpful.
