Energy equity Data analysis

A sample of the project is in github, article R studio and will also share data sources. I need;
1. the graphs with the recent data from the sources
2. The compiled data in csv like the one in github that I will share
3. The r studio file for me to interact with
4. I want is to know the poverty line figure at in the article and percentage of population in the locations below under the poverty line
5. Do the 6 graph for usa, Texas usa and these zip codes 75210 and 75215 in texas usa
