The purpose of this project is for an experienced data analyst to make sense of provided educational assessment data, specifically test scores.
Annually we run an assessment of surgical technical skill for several distinct cohorts, based upon surgical specialty. They perform several procedures, which are assessed using procedure-specific assessment tools by 2 assessors. Initial reliability has been conducted (inter-item, inter-rater).
