Econometric forecasting on MATLAB

I am looking for a skilled econometric forecaster with experience in MATLAB to help with my project. The project involves forecasting using time series data, specifically for long-term (more than 3 years) forecasts. The forecasts will need to be updated annually.

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
