Development of Accurate Prediction Tool

I once before posted a project like this. Before you copy&paste the same text over and over to any random project you propose, pls relate to these topics:

1. Figuring out whiich data analysis tool will be used (ML/ARIMA, time learning)
2. Installing it, making it able to learn by automate it and reuse the analyzed date
3. I want ONE predicted Varibale out of multiple variables which also should be minded interacting. It's not pure "a" does this and then our goal variable does this. no, it's the interaction of everything. I know. A lot of data...

PLS write me in your proposal:

1) Are you willing to collaborate afterwards until the project is on the market?
2) Whats your way to solve the first steps (see up)
3) How much experience do you have with AWS, GCP, you name it (not relevant right now, but we will need it later)

THis questions have to be asked. Since it's the fundament of a project which will be release on german/american market, it needs to be super developed!!
