Data visualization project

I'm looking for someone expert who can turn data into information and finally into insight. It's about making a comparison. You must be expert in Power BI or R. I'll consider Tableau too. Must be willing to explain clearly and write a short report based on findings. It'll be total of three graph at most so quick around project. Due date in three days. Please send me sample of your work and the word data when placing a bid.
