Data and statistical analysis for two datasets

I have two datasets about two markets that includes hourly prices and volumes sold for several dates. I would like to do some data analysis for these two market prices and volumes on certain criteria. Also, I would like to have some statistical analysis as well while comparing these two markets like probability distribution. My goal is to find if there is any trend and any key insights from this historic data that can used as reference for future data. With this, I also want to use suitable visualization to throw these insights.
