Data science project

I am looking for a freelancer to assist with a data science project. The main objective of this project is predictive modeling, and I have structured data needing analysis. I do not require assistance with data cleaning or pre-processing. As part of this project, I am expecting the freelancer to provide insights and develop predictive models that will help me optimize productivity and facilitate data-driven decisions. Additionally, I hope to gain an in-depth understanding of my data and develop useable data visualizations. A comprehensive report summarizing the outcomes of this project is also desired. Experience with predictive modeling and structured data is a must.
