Data Analyst
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
This role will be part of customer analytics, working closely with the customer support team and providing them with analytical support including sentiment analysis, workforce forecasting and team performance analysis.
• Work closely with the Customer Support Center (CSC) team to understand their analytics and data needs
• Understand user needs for data
• Participate in the Customer Support Center (CSC) and wider analytics team to present and discuss results
• Assistance in selecting and managing key software vendor relationships
• Understand the different data sources across the enterprise, the limitations of each and their uses
