DEM Gaussian Test & Transformation

I have a Digital Elevation Model (DEM) in geotiff format, and I need a freelancer with skills in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) to carry out some specific tasks.

Requirements:
- Conduct a Gaussian Test on the DEM using either RStudio or ArcGIS
- Proceed to a Gaussian Transformation on the DEM
- Deliver the output in medium-resolution Geotiff format

Deadline & Delivery:
- Complete all tasks within a month. Timer starts from the point of project assignment.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in working with RStudio or ArcGIS
- Solid grasp of Gaussian Test and Gaussian Transformation
- Proven experience with Digital Elevation Models.
- An understanding of Geotiff format
- Ability to deliver a medium-resolution output.
