Correlation Analysis & Graphing -- 2

I have several datasets (weather eg. rain (mm), wind, sunshine,) which have been measured alongside other variables such as soil moisture (at two depths), soil temperature (at 4 depths), & pasture growth rates (weekly).

I want to be able to understand which variables influence pasture growth, soil moisture, and soil temperature content the most. We also require R^2 value to understand the correlation
