Construction quality assesment using taguchi methodology

I collect factors which affecting construction quality through journals and expects interview i assemble of 9 main factor each factors have 6 sub factors. I done quantitative analysis by conduct questionnaire survey of 105 samples and questions are 5 likert scale. By the data i want you to analysis in taguchi s/n ratio using minitab or spss software
