I am in need of an in-depth research analysis concerning time conversion from Yards to Short Course Meters (SCM), and Long Course Meters (LCM) across all 5 swimming strokes. The study should encompass all age groups, specifically focusing on youths, adults and professional swimmers.
The research should address the following:
