Clinical Trial Data Imputation with Stata
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I need a skilled statistician/data analyst to assist with imputing missing data in a meta-analysis of clinical trials dataset using SAS or Stata (ideally). I can supply the results of 28 trials (with 15 with missing data) with n events / n total in ACA analysis and n missing in both intervention and control groups (in Excel format)
Key Responsibilities:
- Impute missing data: The primary task will be to impute missing data in the clinical trial dataset. This is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the overall analysis.
- Generate ACA, ICA-0, ICA-1, ICA-pc, ICA-pe, ICA-p, ICA-b, ICA-w, Gamble Hollis analysis and IMRO (2/0.5 and 0.5/2) analysis plots
- Generate L'Abbe plot(s) (for further details please see attached file)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in SAS / Stata: As I specifically prefer to present the data with SAS / Stata for this project, it's essential that you have strong experience and expertise with this statistical software.
- Understanding of Clinical Trial Data: A background in working with clinical trial data is highly advantageous due to the unique characteristics and complexities of this type of data.
If you have strong statistical and data analysis skills, particularly with Stata and in the context of clinical trials, I'd love to hear from you.
