Bioinformatics analysis of symbiont data

I am looking for a bioinformatics expert to analyze the gene expression patterns of symbiont data using R. The data goal of the analysis is to identify symbiont gene expression changes throughout heating/bleaching timepoints. The ideal candidate should have experience in bioinformatics, gene expression analysis, coral symbiont analysis, writing scientifically and proficiency in R.

The resulting report should be a thorough investigation of the genes and functions present throughout the timepoints and should include a some background knowledge (aka references). My time is somewhat flexible but ideally I need it done in 1-2 weeks.
