Bioinformatics analysis

I am in need of a bioinformatics analysis for my gene expression data. I am not sure if I require data preprocessing, but I am interested in conducting a differential gene expression analysis, and GO term analysis. The ideal freelancer will have experience in bioinformatics and genomics, with a background in statistics, marine biology, symbiont analysis, programming. Additionally, they should be familiar with the following tools and technologies:

- R programming language
- Bioconductor packages for data analysis
- Statistical analysis tools and methods
- Pathway analysis software

I mainly need someone to perform some analysis, as some has already been performed, and write up a results section for a thesis chapter.
The main deliverable will be a thesis chapter results section thoroughly detailing the results of the differential gene expression analysis, and of statistically significant genes and pathways, with a focus on novelty. The freelancer should also be able to provide interpretation and recommendations for further analysis or experiments based on the results. The project timeline is flexible, but I am looking for a freelancer who can complete the project within 1-2 weeks.
