Bioinformatics Assistant for Proteomic Analysis

I am currently working with proteomic data and require an experienced bioinformatics professional to assist me with various tasks on the R platform.

Key responsibilities:
- Data preprocessing: Preparing the data for analysis.
- Statistical analysis: Applying relevant statistical methods to interpret the data.
- Visualization: Creating clear and informative visual representations of the data.

The primary objective of this project is to discover biomarkers. Therefore, experience with biomarker discovery is highly desirable.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in R platform.
- Extensive experience in biological system analysis.
- Strong background in handling and analysing biological data.
- Proven track record in discovering biomarkers is an asset.
- Excellent skills in data visualization.
