Bioinformatician
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for a bioinformatician to perform transcriptome analysis for my project. The ideal candidate should be proficient in analyzing RNA sequencing data and be able to interpret the results.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in transcriptome analysis
- Familiarity with RNA sequencing data
- Ability to utilize the specified tool for analysis
The project timeline is 1 week, so the ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently and deliver results within the given timeframe.
This is for symbiotic analysis of a coral. I have a file with the gene IDs of both the coral and the symbiont but an annotation file needs to be created that includes the gene names. This file will then be used for GO term analysis. I have attached the data file that needs to be adapted for further understanding.
