Bayesian Expert

I am looking for a Bayesian expert to complete a concept solution for my business. This project requires the creation of an expert system that can complete moderate complexity data analysis and prediction modeling tasks, using both qualitative and quantitative data. My ideal candidate should have experience and a proven track record in related fields, such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should also have the know-how required to create a well-tested, streamlined and efficient system, with a strong focus on accuracy and reproducibility.
