As we continue to grow, we are looking to bring in new talent in product management to drive the innovation and optimization of our core products. We are searching for a passionate Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall planning, design, and iteration of the product to ensure that features align with user needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to ensure smooth product execution.
- Use data analysis and user feedback to optimize product functionality, enhance user experience, and drive product growth and engagement.
- Conduct market research, identify product opportunities, and validate product requirements.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitors, ensuring the product remains competitive.
- Create product documentation and product roadmaps to ensure transparency and efficient project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with experience in AI or SaaS product management preferred.
- Strong product design and user experience awareness, with a solid ability to analyze data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive projects forward.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in startup environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with products targeting the North American market.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and interview coaching.
- Strong market insight and an ability to innovate.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: Based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, the hourly rate ranges from $30 - $50/hour.
- Working Hours: Expected to work 20 - 40 hours per week, with flexibility depending on project needs and progress.
- Stock Options: High performers will have the opportunity to earn stock options in the company.
